Piet Brouwer Electrotechnology worked on a refit of the 2002 sailing yacht Windrose of Amsterdam. The yacht was located in Porto Adriano on Mallorca and the refit was carried out by the local branch of Piet Brouwer Electrotechnology in Palma.
Workers from Piet Brouwer Electrotechnology updated various systems on board the 46-metre sailing yacht, including the throttle and pitch control, the alarm system, earth fault detection and navigation & communication equipment.
Replacement of all interior lighting was also on the agenda. The main engine and generator were fitted with new sensors and digital readout features that can be linked through to other devices via a bus signal for visualisation.
