october 2nd 2017: <\/strong>Piet Brouwer Electrotechnology has been commissioned to provide installations for a series of three high-tech hybrid work vessels from the Bijlsma shipyard in Friesland.<\/p>\n

The vessels will be equipped with a hybrid diesel-electric propulsion, powered by two generators and a Li-ion battery package. The PBET hybrid system can be operated in various modes while sailing, including:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Full Electric<\/li>\n
  2. Full Electric with generators as stand-by power<\/li>\n
  3. Diesel mode with peakshaving<\/li>\n
  4. Safe mode met accu’s volgeladen voor emergency response<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The vessels will also be equipped with the latest technologies in the field of LED lighting, energy distribution, power management, monitoring and control systems, and a software package for efficient sailing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
