Greetings from Monaco

29 September 2016: Greetings from the south of France, where the team of Piet Brouwer Electrotechnology is currently at the Monaco Yacht Show. We have deliberately chosen to have no fixed stand at this year’s event in order that we can get out and about to meet as many people as possible!

There is also a world of inspiration here on in the iconic Port Hercules. The Monaco show is one of the most important events on the superyacht industry calendar, attracting some 600 exhibitors and around 125 superyachts on the quays as well as many more spread around the other harbours during the event. The show started yesterday and goes on until the traditional blowing of the ship horns on Saturday evening.

We have already had some positive discussions with potential new clients here. It’s been good to explain some of Piet Brouwer Electrotechnology’s work on superyachts such as the electrical systems installed on the unique Hartman motoryacht Livingstone, the 33-metre sailingyacht Missy, the Drettmann 24M but also the refit of the famous sailing yacht Windrose of Amsterdam.

If you would like to make an appointment for a meeting in or around the show over the next few days, please contact:
