The DSS Galatea is a civilian patrol vessel that is temporarily deployed by the Dutch navy for surveillance, monitoring, and protection of infrastructure in the North Sea.
Piet Brouwer Den Helder carried out various activities on the DSS Galatea, including:
- The construction, installation, and commissioning of a new sewage treatment plant in collaboration with Damen.
- Adjusting the position of the navigation lights for Lloyd’s inspection.
- Installing new LED lighting in the crew quarters.
- Repairing various faults in the on-board network.
In addition, our engineers regularly carry out additional work and repairs on board — we remain continuously active for maintenance and support.
