The conceptual aim was to achieve speeds in excess of 50 knots. We have reached 55 knots with engines running at 2300 rpm. More important, however, the special step design allows us to cruise 41 knots in comfort at only 1750 rpm, and with 1550 rpm we still sail easily 34 knots, with total consumption as low as 150 litres per hour.
Delfino is an open day boat, but including luxury accommodation for 6 people in 3 separate cabins. Main equipment and details have been specially designed and perfectly manufactured to promote her soft line.
More than 40 years of motor boat experience contributes to the final product, and she really moves through the water like a dolphin.
The ambition is to create a sculpture of the seas, therefore only 5 will be built in addition to Delfino Rossi.
