Commissioned by Brassivoire Brewery, based in Abidjan (Ivory Coast), Piet Brouwer Power Solutions supplied and installed a lithium-ion UPS system with a maximum capacity of 600 kVA in 2023.
The system has a modular design and is equipped with maximum power.
The purpose of this installation is to guarantee a reliable power supply for the production line. During the frequent short power outages that affect the electricity grid in this region, the lithium-ion battery UPS ensures an uninterrupted power supply, maintaining the continuity of the packaging process.
In 2025, the Power Solutions team installed a second lithium-ion UPS with a capacity of 800 kVA at this location. Both integrations required meticulous planning and excellent cooperation with the brewery’s production managers and technical staff to minimize disruption to the production process.
